Short terms, written to be read.
The service
An expense ledger for one household. A free trial when you sign up, then a monthly or yearly subscription.
The trial
One trial per identity. Opening several on the same phone number is refused — and the refusal is at the level of the identity, not the account, so it survives deleting the account.
Subscription and renewal
A renewal is added to the time you have left rather than replacing it, so renewing early never costs you days. An underpayment does not extend anything, even when a member of our staff confirms it.
When a subscription ends
After a grace period the ledger becomes read-only. Not one row is deleted and export stays open. Renewing restores writing.
Your content
What you write is yours. We store it and show it back to you, and we claim no ownership of it.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. A long outage is apologised for with an extension.
Changes to the terms or the price
The price you subscribed at is frozen for your period. A price change affects new subscriptions and future renewals, and we tell you before it does.
Ending an account
You can stop at any time. And we do not suspend an account except for a reason we can explain — fraud, or harm to the service itself.
